Intellectual
Quarters
develop through the Highs and Lows and Intellectual energy rises and falls. In the 44-year Intellectual Cycles are Quarters of 11 years each. We set Intellectual foundations for 11 years in the 1st Qtr. of "spring," improve on what we have done for 11 years in the 2nd Qtr. of "summer," review the past for 11 years in the 3rd Qtr. of "autumn," then abandon the past for alternatives for 11 years in the 4th Qtr. of "winter." A new 44-year Cycle begins and the wave continues in the
Intellectual aspects of the nation.

1st Quarter
comes in the beginning of the Cycle after an Upward Crossover. We unify to establish foundations and set precedents at this time. Many of our Intellectually-based foundations come from 1st Qtrs. in the Cycle.
