    The Emotional Cycle

    The 36-Year Cycle

    Emotional Quarters of 9 years each repeat with the 36-year revolution of the Cycle. For 9 years we establish foundations in the 1st Qtr. of "spring," make improvements for 9 years thereafter in the 2nd Qtr. of "summer," review our values for 9-year 3rd Qtr. of "autumn," then make a progressive shift and experiment toward the future during 9 yrs. in the 4th Qtr. of "winter." The four Quarters then continue with a new 36-year Emotional Cycle.

    Emotional Crossovers happen as the Cycle crosses up or down between and Low in the midpoint of transition. This occurs twice in a Cycle, or every 18 years. It can bring crises to the heart of the nation. This agitated state usually results in fear and/or anger. Eruptions of this type can range from the election of "War Hawks" to Congress, chasing foreign ships in our harbor, even starting a war, and, more than one presidential assassination. Panic selling can also result in an Emotional Crossover year. Figures #5-9a thru #5-9c on the next three pages show the 36-year Emotional Cycle with Crossover years. Emotional Overview of our nation shows a patterns of Highs and Lows, Quarters of development and Crossovers between High and Low. Tides of Emotional energy bring consistent change. We are now in the seventh revolution of the Emotional Cycle that began with the birth of Kalarhythms in the American Revolution of 1775. Figures #5-10a thru #5-10e on the next five pages show an Overview of the Emotional Cycle. And the Cycle continues. After looking at this overview of the past, one may return to the beginning of this chapter for “Emotional Cycle Now,” then, “Emotional Forecast: 21st Century” to have a continuity of past, present and future. The Rhythm becomes clear.
